Printable Recipe – Tender Pork Spare Ribs
The ribs are really tender and the meat is so flavorful that you don’t have to add any extra BBQ sauce unless you really like that flavor (I don’t so these appeal to me for that reason.)
Assemble your ingredients – maple sugar, light soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, garlic salt, champagne vinegar, spare ribs, and baking soda.
First slice the ribs into individual pieces.
Combine the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar.
Then stir in the baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam.
Transfer ribs to the bowl, and turn to coat.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil, and arrange the ribs meat side up on the sheet. Pour excess sauce over all, and sprinkle with the garlic salt.
Bake for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes. Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread for a tasty week night meal.
These pork spareribs have a maple syrup and soy sauce marinade. They are the ultimate in grilled meat taste but made in the oven. Nutritional information is approximate due to natural variation in ingredients and the cook-at-home nature of our meals.Tender Pork Spare Ribs
