I like to try cocktails that have a sweetness to them, especially around the holidays.

This drink is goodness in a glass! It is just plain delicious and quite decadent.  Even my husband (who normally does not like “ladies” drinks) thought it was wonderful.

This dessert cocktail is super easy to make.

In a cocktail shaker place the ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously until well-mixed.

Strain into the chocolate-drizzled martini glass and enjoy! That’s all there is to it!

  • ¾ oz Bailey's Irish Creme
  • ¾ oz Kahlua
  • ¾ oz Amaretto
  • 1¼ oz toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 2 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup, to drizzle the glass


  1. Start by piping cold chocolate syrup on the inside of a martini glass.
  2. In a shaker place the ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously until well mixed.
  4. Strain into the martini glass and enjoy!
