Muffin tins are not just for muffins anymore.  There are loads of creative ways to use your ingredients and then cook them in a muffin tin.  The finished recipe is a handy size that is perfect for either portion control or a meal on the run.  I have put together a round up of 35 delicious recipes, all of which can be made in a muffin tin.  Many of these would make a super easy breakfast, and the size also makes them perfect for appetizers.
