How to make traditional white chocolate truffles
These South American sweet treats could not be easier to make.
Start by greasing a large plate with 1 tablespoon of butter. Set it aside.
Cook the white chocolate mixture
Put the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate powder, and 1 tablespoon of butter into a medium-sized saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes thick and shiny, and starts to pull away from the bottom and sides of the pan. This will take about 10 minutes.
Forming the Brazilian truffles
Remove the pan from the heat and pour the ingredients onto the prepared plate, and allow it to cool completely.

Use your hands to form 12 small balls.

Place the heart-shaped sprinkles in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the Valentine’s sprinkles, and place them on a plate.
