Ingredients for white Christmas fudge

To make the easy Christmas fudge, you will need the following ingredients:

How to make white chocolate fudge

Line a 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil. Leave some extra foil on the sides to give yourself “handles” to pull out the fudge after it sets.

Chop the red and green cherries, and set them aside.

In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips with the condensed milk, pure vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over low heat until the chocolate has melted and everything is well combined.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped red and green cherries.

Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.

Place the pan in the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours or until it is firm.

Use the extra aluminum foil to pull the fudge out of the pan. Remove the foil.

Cut the fudge into 36 squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

The red and green cherries add a delightfully festive look to the fudge. They also add a fruity taste that balances the sweetness of the white chocolate chips. Once you have tasted this fudge, it will be on your Christmas list every year!

This fudge is very festive and would make great homemade Christmas gifts.
