The recipe is done in two part. First the pork chops are baked in the spices and just before serving, you add the cheese and cook until it melts. Easy peasy!

Easy Brown Sugar and Garlic Pork Chops

Turn ordinary pork chops into a special dinner with this brown sugar and garlic topping.
Ingredients
- 20 ounces pork chops
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- dash cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub both sides of the pork chops with the minced garlic and brown sugar.
- Place in an oven proof baking dish and drizzle the melted butter over the top. Sprinkle with paprika, chili powder, Kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
- Bake at 350º F for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake for another five minutes. Serve immediately
