These sauteed carrots would make a sensational side dish for any protein course. Vegetarians will love this recipe too.
Sauteed Carrots with Fresh Dill
I love recipes that can be put together in just minutes. This easy side dish comes together in just minutes. It is naturally gluten free and tastes amazing.
For a Vegan adaptation, simply substitute Earth Balance Buttery spread for the butter in the ingredients.
Dill and carrots seem to go very well together. I often find dill a bit overpowering but, in this dish, the flavor is quite subtle. It is an easy herb to grow and can be used in so many types of recipes, from pickles to sauces.
The recipe is very fast and easy to do and great for busy week day nights.
