Hi Carol, the recipe looks inviting~just curious as to why you say you rarely post nutritional info wirh your recipes? In an era where obesity pandemic in USA, and people are trying to monitor sugar and cholesterol levels, it is imprtant criteria for many that are trying to eat more healthfully for ourselves and our kids.
