These egg recipes are some of my favorites.  Most take no time at all and some are even good alternatives to fast food take away breakfasts.

There is nothing like an egg to start the day off right.  I love them, especially when the yolks are runny and perfectly cooked.

Hi Carol, the recipe looks inviting~just curious as to why you say you rarely post nutritional info wirh your recipes? In an era where obesity pandemic in USA, and people are trying to monitor sugar and cholesterol levels, it is imprtant criteria for many that are trying to eat more healthfully for ourselves and our kids.
