I just downloaded a great ebook from Amazon called 101 Healthy Vegan Food by Jonathan Vine. If you follow a vegan diet and also love Asian food, this cookbook is a must read.  It is made for Kindle, but I simply downloaded the free Kindle reading app to my computer so I was able to read it and am so glad I did.

This is a super ebook.  The introduction gives you a handy list of supplies that are needed for Vegan cooking and tells how to use them effectively. The ebook features 101 original, easy and delicious healthy vegan recipes from 10 different countries.
The book is divided into all of the major course categories such as:

  • Asian appetizers
  • soups
  • main dishes
  • desserts

There are a limited number of photos which show what the dishes will look like.  This is probably my only complaint for the book.  I just love my cookbooks to show pictures of all of them.  But the ones they do show are so appealing.

Recently, I have tried baked kale chips recipes. It’s very easy to make but I tried my own recipe to prepare it. I want to share the recipe with you guys. This clean eat recipe is Low in calories and high in nutrients, replace traditional fries and crisps with this lighter alternative.

How I prepare the recipe? Just follow the steps given below.

1. Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F and place 2 baking sheets in the oven to begin heating them.

2. Wash and dry the kale leaves fully before attempting this recipe.

3. Remove the middle stem and rip kale into 2 inch pieces

4. Toss with olive oil, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (optional)

5. Place half of the kale on each heated baking sheet, making sure edges don’t overlap.

6. Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the pans to insure even baking, and bake another 10 minutes.

7. Let cool for 3 minutes before eating so the leaves have time to crisp up.
