Creative Ideas for Fall Decorations – Easy Decor Projects for Autumn

These creative ideas for fall decorations make use of the natural colors and textures that we find outside in nature. Most can be put together for very little cost and expense.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved the change from summer to autumn.  I love all of the seasons but there is something so definite about autumn to me.

Everything changes and here in the south, the cool temps are such a welcome relief from the hot days of summer.

Welcome in The Cool Weather with these Fall Decorative Ideas.

Wandering around the yard in the fall gives us lots of colors and natural elements that are the perfect choice for supplies to use for autumn decorating.

Now is the beginning of the decorating season for most of us.  All those pumpkins are just waiting for decorating.  The leaves are changing color and the temps are getting cooler. And all the holidays to come.   It is by far my favorite time of the year.

I love to welcome in fall with my garden too.  Most things are getting ready to be “put to bed” for the winter, but there are many ways you can extend the feel of the growing season.

Who doesn’t love to see mums, asters and pumpkins decorating yards?

Here are some of my favorite fall garden and decorating ideas.    You might find one to give you inspiration for your fall decorations.
